Cultivating practices & rituals that lead to deeper, more intentional connections with yourself and others

At Ritual Sun, intimacy is expansive. We all deserve to live full, embodied lives that meet our intimacy needs in any given season. Here we explore a mix of the following:

  • Physical Intimacy: exploring connections with your body, pleasure, sex, and sensuality

  • Womb Intimacy: exploring specific dynamics related to womb health/wellness, parent wounds, grief, inner child work

  • Earth Intimacy: cultivating deeper connections with the Earth and nature

  • Creative Intimacy: exploring your connection to creativity and purpose

  • Spiritual Intimacy: diving into your spiritual practices with yourself

  • Relational Intimacy: exploring your relationship with self love and being in relationship to others.

This offering is for those in any stage of life (not pregnant or postpartum specific). Together, we’ll move through identified barriers, re-define what intimacy looks like for you, and practice how to authentically embody it in your connections. The following embodiment tools we use may include but are not limited to:

  • somatic movement

  • creative and explorative exercises (ex. pleasure mapping, body painting, journal prompts)

  • mindfulness (meditation, breath work)

  • herbal medicine lessons and recommendations

  • creating daily rituals

3-Month Container

This timeframe allows us to go deep, build trust, and create sustainable shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. Real intimacy work takes time. This is for those ready to commit to themselves.

  • 1:1 virtual calls (1 hour), one time per week at the beginning of the week to set intentions. We may have shorter check-ins at the end of the week to reflect depending on what you need.

  • Guided somatic movement sessions

  • A personalized map based on your intimacy goals. Includes week by week themes, activities, and challenges encompassing a mix of the embodiment tools listed above

  • Text/voice note check-ins and access to me throughout each week
