Intimacy is expansive. It’s grounded in love, connection, and mindfulness, and is a necessary element of any healthy relationship with ourselves and our loved ones. Depending on our needs, intimacy may look like emotional, physical (sexual and non- sexual), sensual, mental, and/or spiritual closeness. The embodiment of intimacy is a daily practice, a muscle that must be moved to build comfort and familiarity. It involves peeling back the layers of social conditioning and internal narratives to become authentically you.

This offering is for those in any journey of life (pregnant or not pregnant).
